We are hiring for a Senior German Language Trainer & Curriculum Specialist role for one of our reputable clients.
Location: Marol, Mumbai (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Requirements:
- German language proficiency — C2 level mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of experience in German language training, curriculum development, or professional German language usage
- Experience in preparing candidates for Goethe/TELC examinations
- Strong understanding of CEFR standards (A1–B2)
- Experience in trainer certification, curriculum design, and batch delivery preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare/nursing German terminology is an added advantage
- Candidates with German work/study exposure will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver German language training from A1 to B2 levels
- Develop curriculum, learner materials, assessments, and trainer guides
- Conduct speaking labs, mock exams, and proficiency evaluations
- Train and certify trainers across multiple locations
- Ensure high learner pass rates and training quality standards
Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh In-Hand per month (Approx. 12 LPA CTC), depending on last drawn salary and experience.
