Job Title: Blow Molding Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise blow molding machine operators and helpers during production.
- Monitor production targets and minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Coordinate machine setup, mold changeovers, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train, guide, and support production staff to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Age: 28–45 years
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Experience in blow molding machine operations and production supervision.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and lead a team effectively.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
