Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily first mile operations including order pickups, vendor coordination, and shipment processing
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of shipments from sellers/vendors
- Monitor pickup schedules and optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Track shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and safety protocols
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve performance metrics (TAT, SLA, etc.)
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational challenges
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS and logistics management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations (First Mile experience preferred)
- Experience working with vendors, transport partners, or courier networks
Pay: ₹30,806.31 - ₹35,470.59 per month
