We are seeking an Agentic AI Lead to join our AI Engineering team and drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions for MarTech usecases. The role requires hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native application development.
Primary Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Development

Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool invocation, and workflow execution

Build agent workflows using agent orchestration frameworks

Develop reusable agent components, skills, tools, and enterprise integrations

Enable human-in-the-loop controls and agent governance mechanisms

LLM & Generative AI Engineering
-
Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases

Design robust prompt engineering and prompt management strategies
-
Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and response quality

Implement model evaluation and monitoring frameworks

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
