Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Employer Relations & Career Manager to manage employer partnerships, candidate onboarding, marketplace growth, and career solution sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping both employers and candidates succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Relations & Marketplace Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, recruiters, and hiring partners
- Onboard companies onto the Vryfide platform for hiring and job posting requirements
- Ensure active employer engagement and marketplace growth
- Coordinate with hiring teams to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions
Candidate Onboarding & Career Support
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Help candidates understand career services, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools
- Support candidates in improving career opportunities and job readiness
- Assist candidates with career guidance and professional development solutions
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital outreach
- Achieve onboarding and sales targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain strong follow-up and client relationship management
- Identify opportunities for business growth and strategic partnerships
Career Solutions & Upskilling Promotion
- Promote professional courses and career enhancement programs
- Help candidates choose suitable learning solutions aligned with their career goals
Key Requirements
- 1–6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, HRTech, EdTech, Client Relations, or Customer Success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B and B2C engagement preferred
