Key Responsibilities:
Conduct the first interaction (calls) with prospective students and parents
Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and eligibility
Provide personalized counseling on courses, career paths, and opportunities
Handle objections effectively and guide students with clarity and empathy
Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement
Schedule and manage demo sessions/consultation bookings
Convert leads into applications and paid enrollments
Manage the end-to-end counseling-to-closure journey
Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems
Achieve admission and revenue targets
