Job Title: Academic Mentor (Dayscholar)

About the Role
Are you passionate about guiding Class 11 & 12 students toward academic excellence? We are hiring an Academic Mentor for our Integrated School Program in Thrissur.
What You Will Do:
- Academic Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly student progress across Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWEs) for both Board and NEET/JEE formats.
- Targeted Interventions: Identify performance trends, address gaps (e.g., strong in Board theory but struggling with competitive MCQs), and create weekly corrective action plans.
- Batch Leadership (35+ Dayscholars): Oversee daily self-study hours, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, manage campus discipline, and ensure smooth daily arrival and dismissal routines.
- Holistic Mentorship: Support dayscholar students through challenges unique to them, including travel fatigue, time management, and home study routines.
- Parent Communication: Conduct biweekly updates with parents regarding academic scores, attendance, and well-being. Communicate effectively in Malayalam to build trust and clear alignment.
- Administrative Operations: Track fee schedules, facilitate timely fee collections, and update student performance logs in the portal.
What We Are Looking For:
- Academic Knowledge: Strong conceptual command of Class 11–12 Board subjects alongside NEET and JEE exam patterns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test score data and translate metrics into actionable student study plans.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam (essential for parent updates and student counseling in the region).
- Batch Management: Ability to manage and mentor a group of 35+ students efficiently without losing individual touch.
- Mindset: An empathetic, student-first leader who stays focused on clear, measurable academic outcomes.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
