Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / BTC or equivalent primary teaching qualification (mandatory)
- Strong command over English (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach all subjects (English, Maths, and basic General Knowledge) to primary classes as per the curriculum.
- Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage conceptual understanding, creativity, and curiosity.
- Use interactive teaching aids, storytelling, activities, and digital tools to engage young learners.
- Conduct assessments, maintain student records, and track academic progress.
- Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive reinforcement and child-friendly interaction.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety at all times.
- Organize and guide students in co-curricular activities, celebrations, competitions, and assemblies.
- Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs and feedback sessions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers for activity planning and curriculum development.
- Participate in school events, training programs, and staff meetings.
