Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, maintaining student relationships, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads effectively.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and course benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team during seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, or student counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of JEE, NEET, Foundation, and Competitive Exam preparation programs.
- Experience in educational institutions or coaching centers.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
