Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance application functionality and user experience, while also participating in discussions to influence team decisions and strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Responsible AI, Application Architecture Implementation & Test.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services for application deployment.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to application development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
