We are looking for energetic Inside Sales Trainees who are eager to learn, communicate confidently, and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer quotations
- Follow up with customers on quotations and enquiries
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal sales team
- Maintain sales records and update enquiry status
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
Who We're Looking For
- BBA graduates preferred
- Other graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Confidence in calling and speaking to people on phone
Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of one year to complete the training and contribute to the team
