Himalaya International is a leading advertisement retail branding solutions company with in-house manufacturing facilities, delivering innovative branding, fabrication, signage, and retail display solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, vendor payments, and receipts.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain statutory registers and financial documents.
Payroll & Reporting
- Support payroll processing and salary accounting.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and expense reports.
- Assist management in budgeting and cost analysis.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
Inventory & Manufacturing Accounts
- Maintain records related to raw materials, fabrication, and production costing.
- Track inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production and procurement departments for cost control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, advertising, branding, or fabrication industry preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹8,553.79 - ₹20,895.82 per month
