About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales for our Montessori and kids educational toy products. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, telecalling, follow-ups, client communication, and closing sales with schools, Montessori centers, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Connect with Montessori schools, preschools, educational institutions, and related clients.
Follow up on the leads provided by the company.
Explain products and offerings clearly to prospective customers.
Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong relationships.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain sales records, follow-up reports, and client databases.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle complete sales responsibility from lead generation to closure.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in educational products, toys, Montessori products, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to handle client interactions independently.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
