Verify quantities, take joint measurements, and cross-check work against the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) Analyze rates for extra or non-tender items and assist in project budgeting and tracking variations Perform regular material reconciliation statements to ensure construction materials are utilized efficiently without wastage Interpret tender documents and ensure all billing processes comply with contractual clauses, government norms (e.g., PWD, DSR), and safety standards
