Job Summary:
KP Ridge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Advocate to join its growing Litigation and Real Estate Practice. The role offers hands-on exposure to real estate disputes, civil and criminal litigation, High Court matters, title due diligence, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills, sound legal knowledge, and the ability to manage matters independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate and property-related litigation matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, applications, legal notices, and agreements.
- Conduct title due diligence and verification of property documents.
- Assist in civil suits involving title, possession, injunctions, and specific performance.
- Support criminal matters arising from property disputes.
- Assist in High Court proceedings, including writ petitions and civil/criminal applications.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, courts, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of documents and compliance with legal procedures.
- Vet and negotiate real estate and commercial documents.
Required Qualifications:
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution.
- Valid Bar Council Enrolment.
- 1–3 years of litigation experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Knowledge of civil, criminal, and real estate laws.
- Experience in title due diligence and document verification.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively.
