Job Title: Senior Engineer – Civil

Job Summary
The Senior Engineer – Civil is responsible for overseeing construction activities at site, ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, cost control, and compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, team coordination, and project monitoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Site Management
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
2. Quality Control
- Ensure all civil works comply with quality standards and company benchmarks
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality check reports
- Implement corrective actions for deviations
3. Planning & Coordination
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Review drawings and ensure proper execution at site
4. Cost & Material Management
- Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage
- Verify contractor bills and ensure cost control measures
- Maintain records of material usage and site inventory
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
- Conduct safety checks and enforce PPE usage at site
- Maintain compliance documentation
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Maintain site records, work logs, and project documentation
- Report issues, delays, and risks to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil)
- Additional certifications in construction/project management are an advantage
Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction (preferably residential/real estate projects)
- Experience in handling multiple site activities independently

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
