About the Role
We are looking for a logical and technically strong Application Support / Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in XML, HTML and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for working on RF/mobile applications, XML-based forms and configurations, application testing, troubleshooting and providing technical support.
The ideal candidate should have good analytical and logical problem-solving skills and be comfortable understanding existing application workflows and configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify and maintain XML-based forms, screens and configurations.
- Work with HTML for UI/form-related changes and enhancements.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting and reporting.
- Support and troubleshoot RF/mobile applications.
- Analyze application issues and identify the root cause.
- Perform application testing, debugging and validation of changes.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into appropriate application/configuration changes.
- Work with existing application workflows, forms and configurations.
- Coordinate with development and functional teams to resolve application-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow defined development/support processes.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with XML is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of HTML.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and database queries.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of application workflows and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand existing code/configuration and make required changes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with RF Applications / RF Mobile Applications.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse applications.
- Experience working with XML-based forms or configurations.
- Exposure to application support or software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or other frontend technologies will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
