We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow our online presence and generate quality leads.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Remote Meta Ads & Social Media Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns while managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Business Profile (GMB), content posting, and creative management.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining the target cost per lead.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business).
- Upload and schedule creatives, reels, images, and promotional posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure creatives are posted correctly and on time.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB) management.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Instagram content planning and scheduling.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using insights and reports.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, salon, or service industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Canva or creative coordination.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is an advantage.
