Job Summary
The Admission Executive is responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective students and parents, and ensuring smooth enrollment procedures. The role involves counseling, coordination, and administrative support to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Engagement
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, curriculum, and career opportunities
- Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, emails, and online leads
- Conduct campus tours and explain facilities
Admission Process Management
- Manage end-to-end admission process (application to enrollment)
- Assist students in filling out application forms and documentation
- Verify eligibility and required documents
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Maintain and update student database (CRM or admission system)
- Follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Targets & Reporting
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and pipeline
Coordination
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
- Work with marketing team for campaigns, events, and seminars
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, and outreach programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
Experience
- 1–3 years in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service
- Experience in educational institutions preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
