About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Empanelment Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The intern will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding experienced HR professionals into our empanelment network while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential HR professionals, recruiters, and industry experts for empanelment.
- Reach out to prospects through professional platforms, emails, and calls.
- Manage the end-to-end empanelment process, including initial communication, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the HR empanelment database with accurate records.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with empaneled HRs.
- Collaborate with the internal HR team to achieve empanelment goals and improve outreach strategies.
- Prepare reports and track empanelment progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and professional platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
