Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Create high-level concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards, and detailed 3D renderings.
- Project Management: Oversee project scope, manage timelines, set fees, and track construction budgets.
- Client Relations: Lead client presentations, manage stakeholder feedback, and preserve long-term partnerships.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior and intermediate designers by reviewing technical drawings and standard workflows.
- Technical Documentation: Produce construction documents, detailed 2D CAD layouts, elevations, and specifications.
- FF&E Procurement: Source and select furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and custom lighting elements.
- Site Supervision: Conduct on-site inspections to resolve engineering clashes and verify builder compliance. Indeed +5
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating diverse project scales, technical drawings, and finished spaces.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Certifications: Professional credentials such as NCIDQ, LEED AP, WELL, or regional state licenses are highly preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local building codes, accessibility standards, and public safety regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
