About the Role
BookMyGlow is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented City Head to lead sales operations and drive business growth in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for developing the local market, acquiring new business partners, and managing the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of BookMyGlow's sales and business growth in Lucknow.
- Build, manage and motivate the sales team.
- Recruit and train Sales Executives when required.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Drive acquisition of salons, parlours and beauty professionals.
- Develop and execute city-level sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and conversions.
- Conduct field visits and support the team in important client meetings and closures.
- Identify new markets, leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Take responsibility for achieving city-level revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales or Team Management.
- Previous experience handling a sales team will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Highly motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Salary & Incentives
₹4–12 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives, depending on experience, skills, and individual/team performance.
