Job Overview:
VSM Scholars is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
Achieve monthly admission targets
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counseling/sales will be an added advantage.
