Assist in developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and secure new corporate, government, travel agent, and leisure business opportunities.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.

Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.

Participate in sales missions, trade shows, and networking events.

Support the achievement of monthly and annual room revenue budgets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Work closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize occupancy and ADR.

Ensure effective negotiation of rates and contracts within approved guidelines.

Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the designated CRM system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

Prepare account development plans for key clients.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with IHG and Holiday Inn Express brand standards.

Maintain strong relationships with guests and business partners.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue teams.

Support the Director of Sales in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.

Assist in mentoring and guiding junior sales team members.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international hotel brand.

Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, and market segmentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
