Key Responsibilities
- Understand and manage requirements from both property owners and brands.
- Identify and approach relevant brands based on property specifications, location, and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and brand representatives.
- Prepare and share property proposals, presentations, and leasing documents with prospective brands.
- Coordinate with field executives to gather property details, site visit feedback, photographs, and market information.
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders throughout the leasing process.
- Manage client interactions, follow-ups, and communication records through CRM systems.
- Coordinate property visits, meetings, negotiations, and discussions between brands and property owners.
- Follow up on proposals, approvals, documentation, agreements, and transaction progress.
- Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Maintain and update property inventories, brand databases, and client records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, proposals, site visits, and deal status.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Support post-deal coordination, documentation, and relationship management activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
