Gold Loan experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and business growth.
Achieve business and collection targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
