Job Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely for daily waste collection routes.
- Collect waste from residential, commercial, and institutional customers as per the assigned schedule.
- Ensure timely completion of pickup routes.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Report any vehicle issues or operational concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Valid LMV/Transport Driving Licence (Heavy Licence is an added advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Good knowledge of routes in Ernakulam.
- Punctual, responsible, and physically fit.
- Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and work updates.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
