Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)
Job Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director by managing schedules, communication, meetings, reports, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD's calendar and meetings.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare MOMs, reports, and presentations.
- Track tasks, projects, and follow-ups.
- Arrange travel and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Pay: ₹12,595.57 - ₹46,030.44 per month
