Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and map potential territories (clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes) to onboard new accounts and referral partners.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with medical decision-makers; resolve client issues to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Sales Execution: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective product promotion and B2B negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with lab operations and logistics teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and timely report distribution.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration (MBA is often preferred).
- Experience: Typically 1 to 5 years of field sales experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
- Competencies: Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, strong local market knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
