Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the testing framework.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of automation practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality goals and delivery timelines.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt innovative testing tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
