As we expand our presence across India, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head – North to lead business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and establish a strong market presence across the northern region.
Job Summary
The Sales Head – North will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the dealer and channel network, managing key customer relationships, and executing regional sales strategies. The role requires a strong leader with experience in automotive, EV, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, or technology-driven sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead and manage sales operations across North India.
- Build, develop, and oversee dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and fleet customers.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, government agencies, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive business growth.
- Forecast sales performance and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to enhance customer experience and market penetration.
- Ensure effective implementation of pricing, promotional, and sales programs.
- Represent TRYAKSH EV at industry events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, mobility solutions, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of dealer network development and channel sales management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Experience working with EV, clean mobility, or emerging technology sectors.
- Existing network within automotive, fleet, logistics, infrastructure, or government sectors.
