About the Role
Kataline Limited. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to support the sales team in managing customer interactions, sales operations, SAP processes, dispatch planning, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in sales coordination and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Dashboard & Reporting
- Create and maintain retail sales dashboards.
- Share daily sales reports with the management team.
- Track sales performance and generate required reports.
Client & Sales Coordination
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer communication.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely support.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding orders and payment status.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules based on order confirmation and payment clearance.
Documentation & Order Processing
- Prepare and send Proforma Invoices (PI) to customers.
- Verify payments with the Accounts Department before dispatch.
- Collect and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
- Cross-check project-wise pricing and coordinate revisions when required.
SAP Management
- Create and maintain Party Codes, City Masters, and Sales Orders in SAP.
- Support SAP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with SAP teams for sales-related reporting and workflow management.
Tender & Approval Documentation
- Prepare and share source approval documents.
- Coordinate submission of tender-related documents, including:
- Pre-Qualification (PQ) Documents
- Warranty Certificates
- Authorization Certificates
- Organize and dispatch source approval files to clients.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate with factory teams for samples, brochures, MTCs, and related documents.
- Work closely with the Quality Department to address customer complaints and ensure resolution.
Vendor Registration & Quotation Management
- Manage vendor registration processes.
- Maintain quotation records and filing systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, infrastructure, or industrial product industries.
- Knowledge of order processing, dispatch planning, and customer relationship management.
