Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our team at Gole Rd, Moshi- Pune locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads from various marketing campaigns and databases.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans to prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain relationships.
- Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled and completed.
- Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio.
- Customer follow-up effectiveness.
- CRM data accuracy and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
