We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller for Industrial Sales and Payment Follow-up activities.
Responsibilities:
- Calling existing and prospective industrial customers.
- Generating sales enquiries and business leads.
- Following up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinating with customers regarding payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintaining customer databases and call records.
- Scheduling appointments for sales and service teams.
- Building and maintaining good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Telecalling, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups independently.
