We are seeking an ambitious, persuasive, and results-driven Healthcare Marketing & Field Sales Assistant to spearhead the direct field outreach for TrustTalk (learn more at trusttalk.net).
In this high-visibility, on-the-ground role, your main objective is to visit targeted hospitals and medical institutions, navigate past administrative gatekeepers, and secure executive appointments with Hospital CEOs, Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for delivering compelling pitches on how TrustTalk improves healthcare communication, enhances patient trust, and streamlines clinical interactions for doctors.
Key Responsibilities1. Hospital Prospecting & Field Visits
- Conduct daily in-person visits to target hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities within your assigned territory.
- Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, Medical Directors, Department Heads, Chief Operating Officers) across hospital networks.
- Build rapport with administrative assistants and gatekeepers to successfully book high-level meetings for product presentations.
2. C-Suite Pitching & Product Presentation
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to hospital CEOs and executive boards, emphasizing the business ROI, patient satisfaction impacts, and operational value of TrustTalk.
- Conduct live product walkthroughs and software/platform demonstrations tailored to executive-level priorities.
3. Physician & Clinical Staff Engagement
- Meet with senior physicians and clinical teams to present the practical, day-to-day benefits of TrustTalk.
- Articulate how TrustTalk fits into existing clinical workflows without increasing administrative burden on doctors.
- Address technical and operational queries raised by medical professionals during demo sessions.
4. Account Tracking & Follow-Up
- Maintain continuous follow-up with prospective hospital leaders from initial contact through appointment completion and contract evaluation.
- Accurately track field visits, CEO appointments booked, doctor feedback, and deal pipelines in the company CRM.
- Gather on-the-ground feedback from hospital staff to share with our product and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device representation, or healthcare marketing.
- Executive Polish: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence required to present to top-level hospital executives (CEOs, CMOs, Medical Directors).
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation and storytelling abilities — skilled at translating technical software capabilities into clear clinical and commercial benefits.
- Self-Motivated & Persistent: High energy, resilience in cold outreach, and a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment/sales targets.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily within the assigned geographic region (valid driver’s license required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network or familiarity with local/regional hospital structures and administrative processes.
- Previous experience presenting healthcare software (SaaS), communication platforms, or health-tech tools to medical staff.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Primary: Number of confirmed, completed meetings secured with Hospital CEOs and C-Suite leaders per month.
- Secondary: Number of group presentations/demos delivered to hospital doctors and clinical leads.
- Conversion: Pipeline conversion rate from initial executive appointment to formal proposal/evaluation stage.
