Job Title: JEE Mathematics FacultyJob Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty to train students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to develop students' analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lectures for JEE Main and JEE Advanced aspirants.
- Teach and simplify complex mathematical concepts including Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Vectors, and Probability.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, practice sheets, and mock tests aligned with the JEE syllabus.
- Train students in advanced problem-solving techniques, time management, and examination strategies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and topic-wise assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback and academic guidance.
- Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies to enhance results.
- Analyze JEE examination trends and update teaching methodologies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality content delivery and curriculum enhancement.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics) or B.Tech/M.Tech from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics for JEE Main and JEE Advanced preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional academic backgrounds and strong subject knowledge may also apply.
