We are looking for a skilled and proactive Computer Operator-cum-Manager who can efficiently handle day-to-day computer operations, manage office activities, and oversee e-commerce-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good organizational ability, and a basic understanding of online business platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage computer systems, software, and office networks.
- Handle data entry, record management, and document processing with accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain office IT equipment (computers, printers, internet connectivity).
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth office operations and workflow.
- Manage inventory, product listings, and updates on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or company website.
- Process online orders, generate invoices, and track deliveries.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, such as uploading banners, managing product images, and monitoring sales reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, stock, and operations.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure timely task completion.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and logistics partners for e-commerce operations.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in computer operations or office management, with exposure to e-commerce work preferred.
