Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in Public Administration, Public Finance, Governance, and Government Process Reforms. The Junior Research Associate will support research and studies related to current government functioning, helping senior officials and technical team with domain knowledge, propose new initiatives to existing system to have an impact in governance, training technical experts and government officials in public administration domain.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in conducting studies, research, and stakeholder consultations in government departments and public sector organizations.
· Collect, compile, and analyse data related to administrative, financial, and operational processes.
· Support the preparation of reports, presentations, process documents, and gap analysis reports.
· Conduct research on government policies, rules, regulations, and best practices.
· Participate in meetings and workshops with government officials and other stakeholders.
· Assist senior team members in identifying process improvements and documenting business requirements.
· Support the preparation of training materials, user manuals, and project documentation along with trainings.
· Stay updated on developments in public administration, public finance, and governance reforms.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in, Economics, Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science.
· Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
· Good analytical, research, and documentation skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to learn government processes, rules, and regulations.
Location
Trivandrum, Kerala. Candidates should be willing to travel and be stationed in different states across India based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹17,362.55 - ₹30,505.44 per month
