- Provide high-quality, patient-centric nursing care as per clinical protocols and hospital standards.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures, investigations and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, patient files, medication charts and shift handover reports.
- Identify deterioration in patient condition and promptly escalate concerns to the concerned doctor.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, hand hygiene and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Maintain patient safety and ensure correct patient identification and medication practices.
- Guide and supervise junior staff nurses and nursing assistants in daily patient care activities.
- Ensure proper availability and safe handling of medicines, consumables and medical equipment.
- Participate in emergency management, Code Blue, CPR and other critical situations as required.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, procedures and discharge instructions.
- Support NABH standards, nursing audits, quality initiatives and hospital policies.
- Participate in staff training, competency assessments and continuous nursing education programs.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
