Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in a four-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in South Indian , North Indian cuisine and chinese and be capable of preparing authentic dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Experience in traditional Kerala wedding Sadya preparation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes according to hotel standards.
- Plan, prepare, and execute traditional Kerala Wedding Sadya menus and other banquet meals.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff during daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of all food products.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and special events.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and served within the required time frame.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian , North Indian cuisine & Chinese.
- Must have experience in preparing traditional Kerala Wedding Sadya for large-scale functions and banquets.
- Ability to handle buffet, à la carte, and banquet kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a CDP or similar role in a reputed hotel.
- Experience in four-star or five-star hotel operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
