Job Title: International Voice Support Executive

Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts and weekends)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused International Voice Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in international voice processes. This is a customer-facing role requiring a strong commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English across different accents and cultures.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues.
Required Expertise & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in International Voice Support (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to changing shifts and work in a 24×7 rotational environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and call centre technology is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
- Full-time education with minimum 15 years completed (10+2+3).
- Degree Certificate & all Mark Sheets are mandatory for verification.
- Preferred Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
