We are building the sales foundation for a new premium food vertical at UPBL— starting with fresh rainbow trout from our farm. You will be the first person on the ground, opening accounts with hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and institutional buyers across Coimbatore and nearby markets. As the business grows, you will expand into premium teas and functional beverages.
This is a hands-on field role — not a desk job. You will own the full sales cycle from cold call to first order to reorder.

Identify and approach HoReCa buyers — hotel F&B managers, restaurant owners, cloud kitchen procurement heads, hospital and corporate canteen managers

Present product, negotiate price and volume, and close supply agreements

Maintain relationships and ensure consistent reorder cycles

Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and buyer preferences and report weekly

Coordinate with our operations team on delivery schedules and quality complaints

Build a live account list and pipeline tracker (we will provide the tool)

2–4 years of field sales experience in food, FMCG, or seafood — HoReCa experience strongly preferred

Existing relationships with hotel purchase managers or restaurant chains in Coimbatore is a strong advantage

Tamil fluency essential, basic English for reporting

Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence

Comfortable with daily field work, not a 9-to-5 mindset

Honest, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision

Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on experience

Performance incentive: ₹500 – ₹1,000 per new account activated and retained for 30 days
