Role Overview
We are TrustWise Consultant and currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve business targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveries for client.
Knowledge & Requirements
- Basic understanding of Business Development and Sales processes.
- Knowledge of Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management.
- Understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience in same or related field and Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
