Position: Jr.Merchandiser / Product Development Coordinator

Salary : 3.78 lakhs CTC per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely development and launch of new products.
- Assist in the creation of product specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, materials, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Prepare reports on product development progress and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges in product development.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Previous experience in product development, especially within the home textile industry, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
