- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Conduct reference and background verification where required.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
