- 5 clinic locations covered on rotation
- 1 clinic visit per week per location
- Total engagement: 4–5 working days per month

*Key Responsibilities*
Clinical
- Full management of fixed orthodontic (braces) cases — bonding, adjustments, debonding
- IPR (Interproximal Reduction) as required for aligner and pre-restorative cases
- Attachment placement and removal for aligner cases (AVMSmiles / third-party aligners)
- Orthodontic treatment planning — records, X-ray analysis, case presentation to patients
Coordination
- Brief the resident dentist / clinic team on ongoing ortho case status at each visit
- Maintain case progress notes in the clinic management system
- Flag complex or stalled cases to the Clinical Head before the next scheduled visit

*Requirements*
- BDS + MDS (Orthodontics)
- Minimum 2 years post-MDS clinical experience
- Comfortable with both metal and ceramic bracket systems
- Aligner attachment experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual — visiting schedule is pre-committed to patients
Pay: ₹17,557.87 - ₹20,000.00 per month
