Reporting To: Head Chef / Kitchen Operations Manager
Role Objective
To oversee kitchen operations, ensure adherence to recipe SOPs, control food costs, and maintain quality and consistency standards while mentoring junior kitchen staff within a QSR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations Management
- Supervise daily kitchen production and workflow
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Recipe & SOP Compliance
- Strictly follow standardised recipes and preparation guidelines
- Ensure portion control and minimise wastage
Food Costing & Budget Control
- Perform food costing, cost optimisation, and budget monitoring
- Control raw material consumption and variance
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide, mentor, and train junior chefs / kitchen staff
- Support skill development and discipline within the kitchen
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
