Position: Merchant Experience Advisor (Relationship Manager)
Experience: fresher to 3 Years
Industry Preference: Fintech / Banking / Payments
Language Preference: Kannada/ Telegu / Tamil Other than Hindi & English
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle merchant queries through calls, emails & WhatsApp
- Resolve issues related to POS machines, transactions & settlements
- Conduct welcome calls and guide merchants on product usage
- Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Educate merchants about offers and campaigns
- Promote additional services (Upselling/Cross-selling)
- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes
- Basic knowledge of POS, UPI & digital payments
- CRM/Ticketing system knowledge is an added advantage
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Age below 35 years
