Job Summary
The role involves managing the operation and maintenance of HVAC system at the site. Should be capable of handling team of 25-30 members and document work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Team Management
a. Direct and oversee the work of technicians and operators
b. Manage work schedules for the team
c. Assign team to troubleshoot and attend any complaint
2. Customer Service
a. Document the complaint raised by client
b. Ensure that the compliant is attended to and resolved by the team
3. Reporting
a. Maintain records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance including spares and tools at site
b. Send daily progress report and service report to head office
4. Billing
a. Prepare measurement book, RA bill for work done at site
