We are expanding our operations across India and are looking for a proactive Coordinator who can efficiently manage communication and coordination with our city partners nationwide.

Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with 31 city partners across PAN India.
- Act as the primary point of contact between city partners and the management team.
- Follow up on project updates, client requirements, and business opportunities.
- Maintain daily communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and update partner databases.
- Schedule meetings and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Support the business development team in day-to-day coordination activities.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of partner queries.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and email.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales Coordination, Operations, or Administration will be preferred.
